FAQ

Q. Are tickets included in the Show Package price?
A. Tickets are not included in the package price; with purchase of a show package for 10 or more guests you will receive a 10-15% discount on the regular ticket price (exact percentage depends on package chosen)

Q. When do we need to arrive?
A. The group must arrive no later than one hour prior to the scheduled show time (please visit www.highlineballroom.com/calendar.php for show information)


Q. When does the open bar begin?
A. The open bar begins one hour prior to the scheduled show time (please visit www.highlineballroom.com/calendar.php for show information)


Q. How long do we have our reserved table?
A. Your table will be reserved from the scheduled opening of doors to the conclusion of the show.

Q. Can we just buy group tickets and reserve seating without a Show Package?
A. We do not offer group discounts, group ticketing, or reserved seating without purchase of a Show Package for a minimum of 10 guests. Our club is a first come, first seated venue, and only complete parties will be seated, without prior reservation with a Show Package.

Q. I have 6 guests; can I purchase a Show Package?
A. The minimum for Show Packages are 10 guests.

Q. Can each person pay for their tickets and Show Packages individually?
A. The Show Packages and tickets must be paid for with 1 form of payment in advance in order to confirm the reservation.

Q. Can I select specific seats where my group will be seated?
A. Although we make every attempt to accommodate seating requests, all seating is at the discretion of the manager the day of the show. Groups will be seated at separate tables in one area.

Q. What if only part of my group wants the Show Package?
A. We will only reserve seats for guests who have purchased a Show Package in advance.
