The PUNDERDOME, New York’s MOST Puntastic Compuntition, returns to the Highline Ballroom on Monday November 19th for its first ever College and Corporate Challenge (event is 18+)! Witness punning at its best as Pun Stars from Improv Groups at Columbia, Fordham and NYU AND Punsters representing NYC’s Corporations/Organizations pun-it-up with the PUNDERDOME Champs – the best punners in the USA! Winners earn town bragging rights, kitchen appliances and/or “As Seen on TV” items.
PUNDERDOME is the wild & crazy pun competition created by “Rodney Dangerfield impersonator” Fred Firestone and his alleged daughter, comedian Jo Firestone. The alleged dad will be hosting tonight. Pun-masters are determined by the “Human Clap-O-Meter” who “accurately and scientifically” assesses levels of audience applause. Warning for the faint of heart: the ’DOME is the spectator sport; it gets loud – decide to attend at your own risk!
