Join him on his journey to lose 40 pounds, without giving up his principles of being a hard-drinking party maker. The Drunk Diet is a memoir of his trials and tribulations to get in shape while partying every night. Laugh and be inspired while he takes you on his hilarious conquest to become the sexiest man on earth.
